Into The Wild August 9 -18
Talk about a cooking trip of a lifetime! Partnering with VIP Mountain Holidays on a private catering trip through remote BC, I went everywhere from the sacred fiords on the Coast, to the Chilcotin, to the Glaciers of the Coast Mountains. I worked with some incredible people and cooked in some pretty wild locations (mountain top lunch anyone?). It made me even more proud to be from BC seeing the biodiversity of our province - she's a beaut! Bring on the next one.
